Nursing Made Easy began in 2020 as a simple nursing tutoring company — a small idea with a big heart. The name came naturally, inspired by the goal to make learning easier and more accessible for every aspiring caregiver.
Shortly after, a nursing instructor dear to our family passed away and gifted us her CPR equipment. That moment changed everything. With her legacy in mind, we expanded into CPR training — and I realized this mission was bigger than I ever imagined.
Needing space to grow, I converted my own garage into a nursing school. Money was tight, so after teaching all day at a local college, I would come home at night and hang drywall by myself. Piece by piece, over nine long months, the school took shape.
When the doors finally opened, Nursing Made Easy became an official American Heart Association training site — and that was just the beginning.
In 2023, our Nurse Aide Training Program was approved by the Ohio Department of Health. Since then, we’ve enrolled over 260 students, earned incredible Google reviews, and celebrated an outstanding state exam pass rate. Our students asked for more opportunities, so we answered — adding Home Health Aide, Dining Assistant, and our newest Board-approved Certified Medication Aide program.
Today, we are proudly represented across YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, billboards, and even Etsy. We’ve partnered with local facilities, high schools, and community groups who continuously support our mission. We’ve held two ribbon cuttings, received two small grants, and are preparing to move into our brand-new location in January.
But the journey isn’t stopping here. We are actively working toward becoming an official college and expanding our programs to include Phlebotomy, LPN, and RN tracks — opening even more doors for future healthcare professionals in our community.
Every step of this journey has been built with passion, sacrifice, faith, and community support. I wake up every day grateful, knowing I’m living my dream — and excited for everything still ahead.
Nursing Made Easy is more than a school. It’s a story of perseverance, opportunity, and a belief that anyone can build a future in healthcare with the right support.
And we’re just getting started.
